The two identical views of the scene in this puzzle, opposite the world-famous Selfridges, reveal that Oxford Street has been a bustling centre of retail for at least a century. Despite the 1920’s looking every bit as busy as the 2020’s there seems to have been very little control over traffic or the safety of pedestrians, with no double yellow lines or pelican crossings!

With a long and very interesting history, dating back to its origin as a Roman Road, Oxford Street in the 21st Century boasts modern attractions and entertainment to suit every taste.

Painted by talented artist Bryan Evans, as the follow up to his Piccadilly jigsaw, this is another perfect challenge for puzzle enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
